Thelivo, love it. That's a heavy hitting setup in a tiny footprint.

Here's my NS Oscar II/Mazzer Mini. The Oscar won't win a beauty contest, but add an OPV and I think it hits a good function/value point.

I'm new to HB. Been lurking for years and finally registered. Just replaced my 12 year old Expobar Lever and Rocky grinder with Profitec Pro 600 and Eureka Mignon Silenzio. Loving both so far.
AWESOME! Just ordered this exact setup black Eureka grinder and PP600.

Got the old coffee area looking bright and new. My Sette 270 and Breville Dual Boiler.

Sitting plop down in the middle of my apartment. On a vintage wood (the real stuff) bar I got free off Craigslist. I even moved it from NH to NC.

Now I need to get some decent espresso out of this....

If it's my EK43S you refer to: I bought the Titus burr carrier, and measured the grinding chamber with his tool to be good out of the box, so I left it alone. My brother in-law is going to correct the original carrier on a lathe so I have it aligned for the future, but there are other aspects to the Titus one like prebreaker/bean feed that make me want to continue to use it.

Using the stock burrs, and doing mostly very light beans (I subscribe to and buy from Tim Wendelboe here in Oslo). That means I must grind close to zero on my EK and can't do high pressure or much profiling, but I get tasty and high extractions. I might get tempted to try other burrs someday, but I like my EK for filter brew as well, so I guess I don't want go too far in the espresso-direction with it and cripple the filter side.
