I loved my Faema Due and their MPN grinder! I wish I had room and could have kept them after closing the shop.

Spot on! :)
Acctually it's fantastic to see teachers trying to pour Latte Art and discussing different beans. Half of our colleagues have joined the Espresso side. Some of them have even bought the own grinders and machines.
Last week one bought a Feama Legend E61 2 group for her own kitchen!!!

Thought I would post an image of the prep side of my workstation and not my espresso machine.

Prep tools in front sit on Brazilian agate. That blue sphere in the Monolith Flat is used to keep dust out and the occasional porpcorning. There is a matching spirit bear on the espresso machine. The wood dosing rack was made by @cannonfodder. You can see the Decent Thermometer which I really enjoy due to the audible sounds. I do RDT, grind into portafilter and then, WDT very briefly.
