Indeed, and likely one of a kind. Does the top plate have a TiN coating like the burrs / forks?cf wrote:The Golden Monolith! I like the setup, congrats!

Thank you so much!DaveB wrote:Indeed, and likely one of a kind. Does the top plate have a TiN coating like the burrs / forks?
The Monolith Flat is configured as follows:
- Black motor, body, funnel and exit chute
- Gold anodized top plate
- TiN coated portafilter forks
- Polished brass lock screw
- Claro walnut top cap
For the tamper, it is matching:
- Claro walnut handle
- TiN coated leveling plate

Nothing basic about this; it's a good setup. Thanks for sharing.

Long time lurking / researching espresso specifics - first time posting!
Plenty of years on the pour over/drip and a few months into espresso... mostly for espresso and americano with the occasional milk drink
Left to right
Encore
Moccamaster
Ceado E5P
Quickmill Silvano Evo
Misc accessories, generic amazon scales, bottomless PF w Sonny Lowe's 3D printed mod for the grinder.
We probably pull 3-4 drinks a day. Couldn't be happier!
