Is that a counter top drawer that your grinder and scale are sitting on? If so, do you happen to have a link of where you bought it from? I have been looking for one of those. Thanks!

Great combo. How do you like the Specialita? I recently bought a QM with a Specialita and very happy with this setup.

I think I'll eventually swap out the steam valve for a joystick...

Absolutely loving the specialita.

The grinds are so consistent and even with literally 0 clumping. (unless you try to Grind all the way down to Turkish in which case there's a little, but for espresso it's like a waterfall of grinds :D)

I can definitely see joystick valves being easier to use. Though honestly I really. Like the aesthetic of the rotation valves so I'm gonna keep those
