Is that a Joe Frex drawer base?

Yes it is, though I don't really use it anymore as the pucks from the robot fall out without bumping, so go into the trash directly.

But it's a convenient base as well :D

Not mine, but definitely worth sharing; folks should check out this really sweet looking customized Strega with a matte black powder coated case and wood accents. It was shared just recently on a Facebook Lever fan group as well.

Here's a video clip from Instagram.

Added a shelf over the coffee bar in our new house so I can bring the little levers and box grinders out of hiding, and swapped out the vintage Bezzera in favor of this brand new Pro 800 as my daily driver machine:

My wife calls in "coffee world". The drip machine broke 6 years ago and I told my wife I would take care of getting a new machine.... Lived in the upper east side 475 sf apartment at the time, sold the microwave to make space she freaked out. We are now in Brooklyn with much more space. She has been enjoying a fresh cappuccino each morning and will never complain about "coffee world" again.

I liked my setup to not face the wall but face the room instead to watch the TV or face my guests.

R58 and K10 PB. Aeropress or Chemex for drip. Lido for home drip, Knock for travel.

(Please excuse the mess)
