Hello,

I've just bought a new Oscar 2. Before the first usage, the pump should suck some water from the tank (the manual says it should take around 3 minutes). In my case pump doesn't suck any water at all. There is only noise from the pump and nothing else.

I tried to resolve the issue according to the manual, but it didn't help. I also checked the valve of the tank, it works well.

What else should I check?
