First, Merry Christmas!

I was wondering if anyone could help with an issue I had with my Oscar II today: where I was getting no steam at all from the wand and the water from the boiler wasn't hot. The grouphead heats up, though.

I believe the water level was a little low (but the water fill light didn't turn on..), so I filled the tank, but the machine isn't triggering a refill of the boiler. The heating light remains on 24/7, but at no point does the boiler attempt to fill up and therefore heat the water.

I presume there's a safety mechanism that's maybe tripped here? I'm unsure as to how I can rectify this!
