+1 I tried the virtuoso for espresso, only the bottom 2 cicks for me gave me something brewable, not at all recommended.

Just wondering: if it was merely the grind being too coarse wouldnt OP's espresso be brewed faster than normal? (since OP said that thinks everything else is right)
