I just checked the board on the review Micra, and I don't see any dip switches. If your pump ran and completed the initial dry fill of the steam boiler, you should not have any voltage issues. I am not sure what you mean by "going through the setup".

Have you connected the machine to the app?
If so, do you have any machine info under status?

The boiler would fill in my case too, but wouldn't heat.

Do you have the machine still open? Could you upload a picture of the board please? Can't find it anywhere and I'd like to have a look. The wireless module is on top of the board right?

Have you figured out what happened? Based on this post, it seems the lights also flash rapidly during an update.
