Wow, I'm jealous! Just wanted to comment on water systems. After a lot of research, I installed an APEC RO unit. The system arrives mostly assembled, and installation was way easier than expected. Since my pH was rather low, I added a calcite cartridge to add some minerals back to the mix. I have used RO in my plumbed Vivaldi for quite a few years.
