New Gaggia Classic Evo boiler
Anyone saw that a new classic is coming with a brand new boiler? should fit right on the older models. It is the same tiny aluminum BUT it has a "scale resistant food grade safe coat" on it. I watched a video and looks like it is coated with teflon, same nonstick stuff they use in cookware.
My boiler is almost 10 years old and I've been thinking replacing it. I might wait until the new evo parts come out to get the new boiler in. I don't know what's better though, to eat chips of teflon or chips of aluminum
. I assume teflon.
Anyone else thinking to replace their boiler?
