Yeah definitely on the lucky side. Those are preventative maintenance so I would rather spend 5m every 3 months than a few weeks for a repair

you also need to lube the lever from time to time but no o ring change is needed, as far as I can tell
thanks! Makes sense, I am reading this right that these are 010 rings?

not sure I understand what you meant, but they are 6.07x1.78mm o ring. best to use viton

bought 200 because it's cheaper (per piece) that way :D

What other O Rings and lubs should be purchased? My Bianca is approaching 3 years old and I've never done any lubing or O ring replacement. I guess I should buy some of these maintenance parts. My paddle and lever both move smooth as butter.

The o ring above, as long as it is viton and 6.07x1.78mm you are good.
For grease, molykote 111 is commonly recommended. I think lelit recommends it as well.
Have you ever backflush your bianca?

just to be clear, lubing every 3 months and changing it every year. I probably sound like changing it every 3 months which is quite excessive
Some even suggest to change the o rings right after getting it. (with viton ones which are supposed to be of higher quality)

If Viton is better would AFLAS be the best (assuming you can get it in this size)?

I have no idea - maybe, maybe not. I rather stick with tried and true solutions, by people much more experienced than me. The o ring needs to be food safe, can stand the heat and seal well. You don't need the best solution. If AFLAS is the best, you won't notice any difference. But if it does not work well, the consequence can be quite bad :)

delta76 wrote:answering my own question - molykote 111, which 100ml should last me a life time of quarterly o ring lubing.

Molykote 111 has an expiration date.
Two or three years after that expiration date its qualities vary greatly.

Not lifetime in perfect conditions! I prefer to buy in small quantities.

I'm still confused as to were these o-rings are. I don't see any o ring on my flow control paddle system.
