These Sworksdesign funnels work great, magnetic, and can be purchased in various heights...in case you're a vigorous WDT'er like me.

Nice...if I pull the trigger, black is the way I will go too! Did you Bianca replace another machine?

Let us know how it goes for you...

Yeah they do look great in black, shame they charge such a premium for it !!

I had a version 2 Bianca in 2021, then had an acs Evo leva, and the V3 replaced that

Main reason for me were

Bored and wanting a change

Gear pump noise, Im very sensitive to sounds

Warranty

I'm using the Normcore magnetic with my Elizabeth, but it the same portafilter the Bianca comes with. I would say whatever you bought originally was the issue, not that the Bianca has some odd portafilter.

Are you using the Sette 30 or the 270/270Wi? The latter have very wide adjustment range for the fork that holds the portafilter from the top.

Day two of the Bianca

Upped the dose to 19g, setting 7 on the duo
This is an anerobic el Salvador light filter roast from

https://www.papercupcoffee.co.uk/produc ... -anaerobic

Needs a tighter grind

I've also ordered a pullman basket from square mile lol £20 delivered

Been a few yrs since I used both 58mm and flow control so set on automatic low flow for 12s

But tempted to go back to the paddle

What sort of profiles are people using for light roast.

Cheers jake

270. There may be room to go a little taller, this one works just fine for me.

Did you find out if this is indeed true?

I've been strongly considering the upgrade from BDB to Bianca for a couple of years... this may be the season!
