The price they are asking for this machine should provide them with plenty of cushion to take care of problems, including machine replacements. The whole argument for the Linea Mini, despite the lack of features at this crazy price point, is that it just works. For them to ask for this kind of money and not replace troubled ones like this one is ridiculous frankly

Stuff happens. LM got the machine fixed as fast as they could. A Mini isn't a consumer appliance and it's unreasonable to expect them to replace a machine that can be fixed.
