After I modded my machine with a real pre-infusion, it's very easy to hit this 60 second timeout. Did anybody manage to disable this timeout? I contacted La Marzocco and they say it's because of liabilities in the commercial setting (NSF & ETL) and there's no way to remove it.

Since I've never own this machine, I assume it turns off brewing after 60 seconds? Probably the easiest way to by-pass it would be to run the pump and group electrovalve directly from the paddle switch (via relay). Very easy to do and easily reversible.

The EMP "gear pump" mod is as far as I know the only way to bypass the 60sec cut off timer. I've had a few very long low pressure pre-infusion shots the went to 76sec total time. Other than doing the mod I haven't heard of any other way to bypass the cutoff.
