One quick question I had does anyone leave their espresso machine on 24/7 or is that not good for them ?

I only received mine last Thursday, so I've only had it for a few very caffeinated days.... but I have mine plugged into a 15amp digital timer, so it turns on at 6am to be fully warmed up when I wake up at 6:45, and it turns off at 5pm.

Loving the way this machine works so far... it is great.

I've left my machine (an Expobar Brewtus IV) on for five years straight - except when I've gone to Puako and Ranchlands...

Welcome aboard and enjoy the machine! You already have a good grinder; Before you buy the Vario, you may want to use the Mazzer a few months until more hands on reviews of the Baratza Sette show up. Or until you get a feel for the machine and consider a bigger jump.
