Inkbird ITC-106VH Issues

Hello everyone,
I got ahold of an Inkbird ITC-106VH and installed it in my V3 Rancilio Silvia but I am having issues with it. Does anyone have any experience with these PIDs?
When I have it hooked up through the SSR to the brew thermostat hookups, it will not control the brew temp at all, it only heats up to the steam temp only. The only way I can pull shots is to disconnect it and use it only as a glorified over priced thermometer.
