IMS tamper measurements?

Does anyone have an IMS tamper? I need the handle recess diameter off one of their bases. They use an M10 mounting stud but need that one measurement to turn a handle for it.

437 / 824 * 58 = 30.758

The same size as the old Reg Barber tampers which makes things easy.
