I purchased my beloved GS3 4 years ago and I learned that I was supposed to change this valve once a year.....
I purchased it along with the copper o ring and it was an easy install until I noticed tiny drops of water coming out from the bottom of the little silver canister....
I tightened everything properly and I even used teflon tape....
Then, I did it all over again with a little more teflon tape and same thing....
Any thoughts?

Thanks

Copper o-ring? I am not familiar enough with the valve on the GS3 to be of help. Can you post a picture of where the leak is?

OK. That is probably a copper sealing washer or crush washer. They are made from soft annealed copper. They are intended for one time use to deform to form a seal. Once you crank down on them a time or two they are unlikely to seal again, unless you anneal them. Here is a description of the issue with the reuse of copper sealing washers:

My recommendation is to anneal the washer or better yet use a fresh unused one. Metric copper sealing washers are generally available, but the size of 13.5mm x 19mm x 1.5mm does not appear to be common. LM appears to use that size copper sealing washer in many locations.

I would remove all the previous Teflon tape and do just a thin single wrap of Teflon tape on the threads in the direction of tightening, or perhaps none at all. Instead of the Teflon tape you might use a food safe thread sealing compound, something like this:

If you use the Teflon tape make sure the tape is narrow in width and starts at the leading edge of the threads and stops well before the hex head so it does not stick out and mess up the seal between the copper sealing washer and the block. You may want to call LM USA and ask them if they recommend the use of the thread sealing compound, Teflon tape or nothing at all. Don't over tighten. Good luck.
