It's this thing.

On the schematics it's this item:

09500015 HEATING ELEMENT THERMAL PROTECTION G5 184°C 16A TERMOPROTETTORE X RES. G5 184C 16A 250V UL

Hope that helps!

You need to tip the machine on it's side (empty the drip tray and water tank, learn from my mistakes)
Then there's a small metal plate with 2 screws, once you unscrew that, you can pull it out of the boiler, and replace it.

Thanks a lot after a phone call w/ support they said it was exactly this. So they are shipping me one and we will see. I really hope it is just this and I can move on with it.

I experienced the same issue. What is puzzling is that everyone had the same failure within the same period.

It is indeed puzzling. After a few days I received the part from Simonelli USA and it was relatively easy to replace. New part is different from the previous one. At least the one that it was sent to me. I replace it following their guidelines and machine is working again. I am wondering if this part had an issue and they are starting to fail around the same time if machines were build around the same time. I cannot think of anything else.

Finally the Weekly Programming feature seems to be there in Power Management:

Requires V200.

Hmmm, just saw the app update.
It changed nothing for me. Anyone else?

Edit

nvm

Just noticed the required v200
Must do that!

Where can you get the firmware for v200?

The retailer that I purchased it from has offered to provide me with updates.

Just did the v200 update myself. Update is being shared on the Eagle One Prima Facebook group along with instructions and warnings that only dealers should do the update :-P

https://www.facebook.com/groups/victori ... 439565453/

Files here:
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ef27yd45p60p ... 232aa?dl=0

For those paranoid the file MD5 is 2ed5323d989450c89a9acf1c7b98f1f8

Should be done by an authorized dealer. Use files in the link at your own risk.

My observations:
V100 to V200 kept offsets intact
Update was done quickly

Would you mind sharing the password to get into the app service menu, so I can write down the info before doing the firmware update? In case something changes.
