Hi,

I've been having some issues with my Evolution. Manufactured in 2003 and purchased new in 2005.

Symptoms:

(after descaling) Very little (sometimes none) water through the group valve, even when a new one in fitted. When no group valve is fitted, normal flow of water.

The machine is loud when it draws water from the reservoir. Specifically air rushing in or out of the lines.

Steady flow of water from the SPV line in the reservoir - I'm assuming this is not normal?

What would be my next step? Assuming the SPV is 86, a quick google suggests that it can be closed off. Would this resolve the issue?
