Thanks! Quick follow up.
I have dialed the steam boiler slightly better by decreasing the I to .5.
P2: 1.0, I2: 0.50, D2: 4.0
This reduces the steam boiler overshoot from 2F to 1F.
The brew boiler still running like a champ with P1: 0.7, I1: 0.00, D1: 3.5.
