See Draining Espresso Machine Before Transport. If it won't be exposed to freezing temperatures, there's not much to do since it has a brew boiler and steam thermoblock. While I've never tried it, some have recommended running a mixture of "antifreeze" made from water and cheap vodka through the system if shipping to really, really cold climates.
