Descaling Lelit Mara 62s. Manual says not to. What do?
Hello folks,
As the title says, I purchased a used 62s and was hoping to descale it. I read through the manual and it mentions to not descale the machine. What do? I plan on using rpavlis water going forward and flushing the group head ASAP. How can I possibly descale this machine or should I just let it be? Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

It depends on why you need to descale it. Is it blocked somewhere? Is calcium build-up on the Element making the temperature unstable?
If you need only to descale something like the boiler fill probe or a valve orifice, it would be best to remove the part that needs it, physically clean it as best as possible and then immerse it in a mild descaling solution.
