So I've had this machine for about a year and never had any issues but it stopped pressurizing and now the espresso doesnt come out on the first click, only after I do it again I get a watered down espresso shot. Has anyone else had this issue and any tips on fixing it?

If it's still under warranty, contact Breville before the warranty is gone. In the U.S. it's 1 year from date of purchase. They do replace or repair the machines that fail before warranty is done.

It looks for me that you need to dial-in your grinder. Try to graduately set it to coarser setting.
Probably the puck is too dense and there's not enough time for water to pass through. On the second attempt water pass freely via broken puck (pressure release often cracks the puck).
