Hi everyone. Thanks in advance for the help. I have a 878 espresso pro. I have got hot water when I select the dial, but when I do steam, all I get is water. Even if I let it steam for the whole cycle, I don't get any steam. Any thoughts why. Is there a way to access a service menu or something to adjust steam temp settings? Thanks.

My guess would be that the water isnt getting hot enough to produce significant steam. I ran several cycles while putting the water back into it and as the water heated up, it steamed a little better. Thoughts on fixing/adjusting temperature for the steam?
