So I recently gave our old Brasilia Portofino 2-Group machine a good service taking apart the water inlet/heat transfer and replacing all the washers and springs and giving it a clean at the same time. I also replaced the water level probe. Before doing all this the machine wouldn't stop pumping so overfilled (due to faulty water level probe). Now I have group head pressure, steam wands and water tap all working and hot but the pump can't fill the tank. It is turning on but its not pumping in. I can manually fill the tank and the water level probe works and shuts off the pump. Have I rebuilt the water inlet and put something around the wrong way? Any help or tips to cure this would be amazing. Thanks.

Unless some wiring has got disconnected during the overhauling, i will definitely check the functionality of the filling solenoid valve, if working properly and no any electric issue, maybe some debris has got stuck inside the valve.
