About a month or so ago my Ascaso Dream started acting weird while pulling shots. The pump/pressure gauge would would hold steady for most of a shot and then jump up in pressure. You can see and hear the machine doing this in the video below. This machine does not have an OPV so that rules it out as a faulty part. Does anyone know what could be causing this to happen? Is it just a faulty pump? I have a La Pavoni Europiccola so I am still able to pull shots, but i'd like to find out if this is worth fixing or if I should just bin it and focus on the Europiccola.
