Hi All, Just picked up a very well maintained 2007 Quickmill Vetrano for a screaming deal. Currently working on getting my flojet system set up, but was wondering if anyone knows how to remove the steam and hot water knobs. I went digging through some manuals, but couldn't find any beta. Additionally, if any vetrano owners have tips/recs as I get adjusted to this new-to-me machine (I am coming from a GCP) I would appreciate it! thanks all.

With the machine off and depressurized, screw the knob all the way in (clockwise). Gently pry off the cover to reveal the retaining e clip. Remove it with a small screwdriver or awl, while cupping your free hand beside to catch it when it tries to fly across the room.
