Quite impressed with yet another surprisingly good offering from TJ's. Hard to find any beans reminiscent of chocolate dipped strawberries at a $10 per standard 340 g bag price point. There is not much information available about the kind of processing they used, except that it was "grown, harvested, and sun-dried by local farmers" and treated to a medium roast by the supplier. Either way, it is relatively fresh and well suited for espresso (a tad dark for my taste, but super creamy and flavorful). Curious to hear more thoughts if anyone gets their hands on it.
