I've really enjoyed both the blend and especially the Ethiopian. What are everyone else's thoughts?

Overall I thought it was decent but the blend was a bit to dark for my taste. I was pulling it at a bit lower temp and a 1:1.7 ratio. I could taste some roast flavors even through the milk. I put majority of the Ethiopian in the freezer so don't have a final opinion on it yet.
