My nephew in Seoul sent me this lovely roast from the Terarosa café:

Big beans, light roast:

They recommend a ristretto pull, 1:1, 28 seconds at 94C:

Anyone else tried this café, or more likely the bean, or another Maracaturra?

I enjoyed medium roast Pacamarras in Italy, which seemed to be in every dry-goods store. Very sorry I only brought back "due ette".

If I was opening a café in Seoul, I think I'd have to come to terms with the bulk of my clientele preferring a coffee perhaps more dilute than "Dunkin' Donuts" standard.
