Saint Frank just opened a new cafe very close to where I live, and I'd love to try some of their beans to brew at home as espresso. I drink a mix of milk drinks, straight shots and Americanos. I enjoy medium to medium-dark roasts, but I also like to try light roasts.

Is anyone here familiar with their coffees who can recommend some of their beans for me to try?

I just finished a bag of theirs from Honduras. Made it all as espresso and it was delish!
