I've recently talked to a Colombian, and he said that whenever he needs coffee, he orders it from pergamino.co
The labels look great, but they charge $10 for delivery, so I figured that it makes sense to order more than one pound :-)

I wonder if anyone has any experience with this website? What's good, what's not so good (for pour over or espresso).

Another thing is, how to choose the right roast (when the roast level is not specified)? I enjoy the light and light-medium roasts these days. I understand that I should look for more fruits and less chocolate, but maybe there are other clues?
