We have been using Peets Major Dickason for years for espresso. We buy it at Costco. Its always fresh and at very reasonable price.

I had Peet's on subscription for a while. I live on the East Coast and between the time they roasted, shipped, and I got delivery, it could be almost two weeks. This did not work in the long-run. I was finding myself going to the supermarket to buy a 'fill-in' bag to hold me until their shipment arrived. I'm trying local roasters now, but no one has the darker roasts I like for my milk drinks. It's a never-ending hunt it seems.

Did you try upgrading Peet's shipping to the faster option? The "free" option is somewhat slow, but for only a few bucks more I upgraded and am now receiving my subscription roughly 3-5 days post roast. I live in Texas.

Trying to keep the monthly costs down. On fixed income now. And I have too many streaming subscriptions :D
