So I recently moved to Panama, and have tried some of their Geisha coffee. Very tea like, floral, almost no true coffee flavor. I'm using pour over method. Have you all tried this? Thoughts? I may try espresso, but the pour over I wasn't too thrilled about.

I just brought 5 lbs back from Volcan. Very nice for espresso - but yes, less pungent than most.
