Blends do change in character a little depending on the raw material the roaster gets. At least that's my experience. If it's roasted to near charcoal then it'll be more stable.

I tried Audacious. It's definitely is an excellent blend. Too bad it cannot be ordered online. I don't go to Midtown vey often. Do you know if it is available at Sprouts?

I'm not sure. I haven't checked the coffee aisle at sprouts .

But you can get it and their other flavors delivered locally from Whole Foods

I bought a bag of Miguel Menendez this weekend for the first time in probably a year and I can say I'm finally able to make it tastes just like the shop.

For my Whole Foods, I was told they re-stock based on demand, so if people are buying less coffee, it will sit longer on the shelf and be less fresh.
I think you might be right on this one.

Thank you. Whole Foods in Kennesaw has it and I purchased a couple of bags there last week, Roasted on 6/12.
Opened the first one yesterday and I'll keep the second one for a month before using it, and see how they compare.

By the way, I really enjoyed the first bag. It does not have al the nuances that I find in my other usual blend (Bonsai), it is a more sprightful classic espresso with a good amount of chocolate aftertaste, but I like it.

Whole Foods in Kennesaw has Brash on sale for twelve dollar and something. Got few bags of Cheeky, roasting date 9/7.

Someone gifted me a really nice bag of coffee. I completely forgot about it. 6 months later I found it and brewed it through espresso. I vividly remember it to this day. It was the best tasting cappuccino ive ever had. Tasted and smelled kind of like Dr Pepper.
