Thanks to fellow-member @gocanes I have been introduced to the world of light roast Ethiopian coffee and I am hooked. I would love to hear your v60 recipes for light roast coffees. Be as detailed as you want - v60 material, filter brand, grind size (I am on an ek43) water temp, total extraction time. I would love to get this perfected. It is the only coffee I have ever preferred with no other flavoring.
