Tasting Notes: Candied Orange, Caramel, Bright, Milk Chocolate
Roast Level: Medium
Origins: Africa + Central America
Seasonal Blend: 50% Zambia + 50% Honduras

1 week post roast,16.7g, IMS double basket, ≈195°F, 8.5bar, 30sd1*, ≈32g, cool about 1 minute
[WDT not mandatory, but improves consistency]

This coffee is o u t s t a n d i n g.
Perhaps the best commercial medium roast in recent memory!

I got my order 3 days post-roast, in Philly.

Tried the espresso blend today, it is excellent!

Anymore feedback? Trying to decide if I should also add on an Ethiopian or not, but if I do I would get the 5lbs because I always do that...so anymore feedback would be appreciated. Anyone get a different coffee from them?

It seems very temp sensitive. I haven't fully explored it, but I do agree that it pulls well cooler. I've enjoyed it straight and in milk. The lingering finish is spot-on chocolate coated orange.
