How often are people getting coffee that arrives 11+ days after roast? Seriously curious.

Not often, but this months beans were roasted in New Zealand or Australia, not sure where these bags were roasted.

I have never had them before, as shipping was too costly. They are great! I am really enjoying them

I noticed that as well, also a little disappointing to only get about 1 lb at the current monthly rate 8)

this is actually the only time its happened. every other shipment was received may 3-4 days post roast. not that its an issue, beans have been excellent.

I vacuum froze bag number 2 and just got into a couple of days ago. It took a bit more rest than typical for this coffee to peak. I found that with a fine grind for an extra long pull, it really produces nice, carmel sweetness.
