I got my La Cabra 1kg bag in one week. Not bad.
To update, it turns out I find the coffee (Bernardes, Brazil) quite good. My first shot was fermenty for sure (not quite a "bomb") but I was able to tweak the pull parameters to get consistently good shots (fruity, sweet, choco/nutty) without the obvious ferment funk.
