I've ordered Klatch's Belle a few times before, but recently tried their Summer Belle for the first time. I couldn't find any reviews here, so thought I'd post one myself. I'm liking the Summer Belle quite a bit, and am having good success with the recommended recipe (20g in, 36 out, 24-26sec). They say 201F, but I have a HX so don't know for sure how close I am to the recommended temperature, but it is a pretty easy pull. I got strong layers of chocolate and brandy from the original Belle, but the Summer Belle is decidedly different -- I'd agree with the "citrus & stone fruit" tasting notes. That said, it is still a comfort blend with chocolate and brandy undertones (to my tastes, anyway), and stands up well to milk in a 3.5-4oz capp.
