Received this from my Trade Coffee subscription. Roast is described to be medium light. Lime, Chocolate, Nectarine notes. Having trouble getting something decent out of it. Best recipe so far is 18g to 30g in 28 secs. Had to grind much finer than usual. Temperature 96C. I would describe the flavor as pretty bland. Some lime notes, not unpleasant, but overall not a lot of flavor. Completely swamped out in a flat white.

Trying to figure out what to try next. Anyone had any luck with this coffee?
