14g in the morning, 14g after lunch. Both Americanos, but often different beans because I found changing coffee frequently keeps my palate on the toe, so to speak.

I usually have a morning shot 13.5-14grams in and 21-22 grams out. This is the Nicoletti Old School Espresso which is rather robusto heavy, maybe that makes a difference.
I'll either follow that up with an after lunch shot or some awful work coffee (it's In N Out coffee for any west coast people) I have some how developed a taste for. While
I'd say the high side of my intake would be around 40 grams with 28grams being the average.

I guess 1-3 cups is average in the Netherlands for someone who doesn't like coffee but breaks under peer-pressure.

the day usually starts with 2 19.5 in 50 out shots. a few hours later I have a 22 in 350 out v60 pour over. And then after lunch I might have either another shot or another v60. So daily is around 80g.

18-20 grams espresso in 300ml milk + sugar, once a day. I use my NichBot combo to pull the shot.

I mostly use my Timemore Crystal Eye 01 to brew 10-12.5 grams for each cup.

I often brew 4-5 times a day, so it is at least 50 grams to 65 grams/day

I drink a 17g bean weight espresso mixed into a latte on a work day. I'll make about three shots and choose the one I like the most. If I'm lazy. I'll just do one.

On days when I'm not working. I'll make anywhere from 6-20+ shots. I take little sample sips of each. So who knows how much I have on a day off.
