About 5 small cups of coffee per day, roughly 50 grams in total. I use 11.5 gram for espresso and 8 gram for pour-over.

Now we know who is responsible for the coffee industry flourishing. Bravo!velomash wrote:This might be a bit embarrassing given other replies, but... everyday my wife and I have:
1 18g espresso shot for a morning latte
2-3 16g chemex cups
For both of us it's around 800g a week lol
Old baristas never die. They just become over extracted.

Normally 18-20gr in 36-40 out per day. 1 drink per day, for now. Previously four times a day.
Family, coffee and fun.

For me it is two 15 gram doubles every morning and another 12 grams in the afternoon on my vintage Pavoni or 20 grams for a small moka pot.dsc106 wrote: ... how much others drink ...
But that's not necessarily everyday, maybe 20/25 days a month.
Makes for 45/50 gr./day for which I roast roughly once a fortnight.
Probably too much but I love it and only drink coffee at home.
Best,

Normally 1 or 2 brews of 13-16g dose 250gram water. Sometimes one of those is an espresso which most commonly is a small double 15g in 30g out. This is just for me Monday to Friday
During the weekend 2 cappas per day, same recipe as above for espresso, 1 for me and 1 for the wife.

I'm surprised that the majority of those who have responded drink a moderate quantity. I would have guessed that my consumption (18-36g/day) is lower than average for this group but instead it's pretty typical.
