Very excited about my latest bag of beans. I'm on day 4 of pulling awesome shots, that's never happened to me before. Typically I take turns blaming my grinder, my machine, my technique, and just when I'm about to throw in the towel I pull a great shot. This has been shot after shot of tasty and pretty looking extractions. I wanted to share it with my fellow HBs in case anyone else is suffering through the same frustrations, maybe you will have luck as well. The flavor profile is right up my alley. Very 3rd wave, fruity, funky, complex. It's an anaerobic natural, "Haro Welabu." I picked up a bag in Salt Lake City at their shop, but I just checked and you can order it online. Description from the roaster is: "strawberry preserves, lime, rhubarb."
