I also got a bag of those last week. I have been brewing it on a V60 and it is very underwhelming. I may try it on espresso. What parameters did you use?

I too started with v60 on the recommendation of another member who had this before. I thought it was sour. I used a flat burr grinder and it felt really bright and sour. For my espresso I used a comandante conical. That really mellowed it out and brought out some texture and more chocolate, caramel, honey notes. I'm a big fan of conical grinders. I used the shot to make an iced americano and really enjoyed it.
