Since we are getting into the bean to cup scene, I'm curious if anyone has a bean that they can recommend for a new coffee drinker. Something not too strong but not weak. Chocolate and caramel flavors vs fruity or acidic. I've been looking at several roasters site and there's so much to choose from. We'll be using a Breville Grind Control machine that we already have. Any suggestions?

Where are you located? With specialty coffee booming, I'm sure others on the forum can make some recommendations on local roasters.

I'm in Orlando and there's a couple roasters here that I plan to go to... but I was hoping for something that someone already knew and loved that I could order online as well :)
