Dayglow shipping problems

Anyone having issues with Dayglow lately? Their customer service has been terrible. I'm on a subscription service there and have had the wrong coffee sent to me several times. The last order about a week ago was just never sent at all. They created a shipping label but doesn't look like it was ever picked up by USPS. Nobody responds to email or phone calls.
What's going on? Anyone have experience with them? Used to be a great service with premium, international coffee.
