I just got some Idido from Counter Culture. I brewed coffee in V60 with it and not sure which direction, more or less extraction to go based on its taste. Anyone brewed this year's Idido for pour-over? If so, did you grind finer or coarser than your normally do for other coffees?
I am wondering because I found the 2020 Idido to be best when ground finer than I did with any other coffee, and if I went the fine normally it would probably ruin most coffees. This is a different harvest, so not sure if I want to try that fine and from taste I am not sure which way to go.
