Counter Culture Coffee Incahuasi

I tried Counter Culture Coffee's Incahuasi for the first time this morning. It's a light roast single origin from Cusco, Peru, and the parameters using my Olympia Express Cremina are 15 grams in, 30 grams out, at 203 deg. F. It is nine days post roast.

It is well balanced and delicious. The tasting notes are "golden raisin, vanilla, and almond." I enjoyed it as a straight shot of espresso as well as in a cappuccino.

I had the Incahuasi a few weeks ago and also found it to be delicious. The raisin and almond notes do balance really well. I'll second Rocky's recommendation.

First tried this around Christmas, just picked up a couple bags Thursday man so good as pour over, espresso etc.

On its way, hope it's good been stuck on Malabar gold for the past couple years my wife won't make me change it hopefully this changes her mind.

Also FYI, if you like Incahuasi, their year-round coffee big trouble has 80% Incahuasi in the mix.
